I had read a few bad reviews and thought the people who wrote them were just being impatient and not understanding that some times there can be issues with construction. OMG - Pools by Murphy should not be allowed to be in business! The sales people promise the world and the guys who actually need to do the work can't or won't...……
1. Give you any idea when they will do work (they don't create a schedule - they sit down at the end of each day and say to each other "where we at? whose pool should we work on tomorrow?"
2. When they do show up - they don't have all the items they need.
3. They blame everything on the weather (Yes- its the weather that prevents them from returning calls or emails) At this point I can't even call and leave a message because every voice mailbox (sales, construction, service) is full.
4. They lie - and when you call them on it they are offended and it just delays the process even longer.
I hate that my husband is right... we should have bought a boat! If we had then the family would be enjoying the boat instead of driving me crazy asking everyday when the pool is going to be done! My only response is "I hope the pool is done before my 9th grader graduates from high school.
Save yourself from the pain and find anyone other than Pools By Murphy. I hired them in March of 2019. The agreement said I would have a pool by July 2019. They never come when they say they will, they don't return calls or emails. They blame everything on rain...….Its now mid May 2020 and I still don't have a pool, just a big hole in my back yard.
