Stew Leonard’s strives every day to make sure our customers have a great shopping experience at our store. We understand that their experience starts the moment a customer parks their cars in the parking lot; to that end, Stew Leonard’s, Stew Leonard’s employs 5 Team Members whose job it is to round carts on a regular basis. While we were of course sorry to read Mr. Buffa’s letter regarding his trip to Stew Leonard’s in Farmingdale, N.Y. on February 13 of this year, there are signs in the parking lot and on the corrals indicating that stew Leonard’s is not responsible for the damage caused by the shopping carts. With regards,Nat Stew Leonard’s[redacted]

on that particular day. Once again the big corporation wins and the consumer loses. For $150 which it cost me to repair the damaged door, Stew Leonard's has lost a customer that spent more than that amount in their Farmingdale store on a weekly basis.
Sincerely,
