[redacted] just completed a new equipment installation at our home. He was responsive, professional and prompt. We are totally satisfied and would highly recommend [redacted] and PoolGuys.

I only review when I find a special company which as we all know is hard to find. Above and beyond great work Norm is someone who genuinely works on a customer's pool as if it were his own. He helps save money by giving tips and in my case a tool to help. Our pool was built in 1983. We had a plaster rebar repair and they identified four popups out of eleven that needed replacement. I had an acid wash many years ago by a large pool company in the valley and I didn't see any change. Norm did it this time and it looks like a brand new pool. All I can say is I am very lucky to have found this company.

I phoned POOLGUYS and explained my problem with my pool. (Pump not working and the electric control box also not working) This call was made very late about 5pm. I spoke to [redacted] who said he would be able to evaluate the problem the next morning. He arrived on time and diagnosed the malfunction and offered me various options to resolve the issues. Having selected the option I wanted the work was carried out the following morning and the pool system was working perfectly by noon. I found POOLGUYS to be honest, professional and friendly. They also followed up the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied.

We have used Norm for several services in the past, and he is always very prompt and the work is done exactly as he said, and for the quoted price. Today he installed a brand new sand filter and fuel-efficient pump. We are very happy with his service and will use him again.
