Scammers
Received damaged pool table with uneven surface that I paid $300 to get assembled. Now they won’t refund unless I pay for disassembly, disposal and shipment of one leg as proof for warranty claim (which shouldn’t be my problem but the company is a scam and probably just sells broken tables and then makes money through warranties and selling extra legs to their victims!)

Swim and swim fast away from this company.
You should see a red flag when the website shows reviews for you to see and upon investigation you find it is a marketing company specializing in helping your Web reviews! This is a company that you need to stay away from. They sold me a pool and then disappeared. Customer service is a joke. Call 1-800-whocares for better service.
Oh, and the "Verified Customer Reviews" website does not actually let you write a review! It is a big SCAM.

Scam
Beware of this scam of a company. They will deliver you broken and damaged products that they will NOT cover or replace. Terrible customer service, terrible product, horrible company that should be put out of business.

Bought a 2700$ pool heater from pool warehouse. It came damaged. They will not replace or refund the product. They claim if you don't open the box and inspect item while shipping company is there they will not help.

Totally unresponsive!
NO REPLY...

Give them the same concern they give to you - NONE!
GO AWAY FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
Obviously since they are in busy times for the pool industry PWH does not have time to address requests. If you write, do not expect REPLY!
I have now written them twice over the course of the last month - CRICKETS! Not even the courtesy of "sorry, we cannot help."

Don’t waste your time!
Wouldn’t use again. Customer service is a joke. Ordered my pool liner and was told there was up to 10 business day lead time. It’s been a month and my liner still hasn’t even shipped. They were attentive til I paid now it takes forever to get a response and then it’s just one excuse after the other. Absolutely no effort to even try and make things right. Definitely would not recommend.

I bought a complete inground pool and was told it would ship out in 7 to 9 days after about a week I called to check on it and was told it would ship out any day. This went on for 6 weeks then I contacted American express and had my money put back on card then the next day drew contacted me and said that I stole money from them and that they had a contract and that he was going to turn it over to his attorney. He said the contract did not have a delivery time and if I did not give the money back they would take me to court. I contacted Christina the next day and got it taken care of and the pool shipped out the next week. The pool was all complete and everything went together great but it was a lot of trouble getting it. I would recommend a shipping time on the contract before signing.

Terrible!# buyer beware they do not stand behind there pool tables.I bought a damaged table and they won't do anything...ripp off should be shut down...

Review: delay in pool liner production and delay in delivery ,keeps asking about details when I supplied them many times.refused to resolve my issue I bought a pool liner and I suplied all measurement and drawing when I first ordered ,I was told liner will be shipped by friday and will get to me tuesday july 30,2015.when I didnt receive it I called they first said they dont have measurement and they couldn't do it I supplied measurement again including model drawing they said they dont have model drawing again then after that they sent me wrong measurement and wrong drawing to approve I said this is not the measurement nor the drawing I suplied they said they will now need one more week to finish and ship .I asked for expedise shipping since they are causing the delay and I was supposed to get it sooner.I explained that I had to pay contractors and buy materials which is outside in the rain because I planed according to what they first told me concerning getting the liner on tuesday but they said they have notrhing to do and now they even are not sure when they can deliver .when they become tired of me calling for my order they kept giving me numbers to call which they never answer or hanging on me ,lying about supervisor not present and sending me to voice mail many other times .now my pol liner is not even done and they refuse to assume responsibility by sending my order as a fast shipping but whats worst is that they dont answer me now and im not sure if ill ever get my order or when I get it .I just wanted them to assume their responsibility and agree to send my order as fast shipping because as I explained to me it is costing me money to wait for it but they found it easy now to just send me to voivce mail and not call back.Desired Settlement: expedise construction of pool liner and expedise shipping
