order part that cost approx $550 - I called back in 30 min to cancel order
They sent me email 2 days later that said my order could not be cancelled
They then said there was a 15% restock fee and ship back fee so they charged me
over $100 for item they chose to ship after I cancelled order

Business refuses to exchange or refund monies for wrong part shipped. Has ludicrous return policy. BE FOREWARNED!! Read other reviews (I wish I had) before making purchase from this non Revdex.com accredited rip-off.

Very difficult to get a human voice on the line. Customer service is negligible Left messages including email for a return that was inputed into their system wrong. You must speak to a representative to get a #number to fill out their return form. 15% restocking fee, $10 shipping fee, nothing under $25 maybe returned. Buyer beware!

I placed an order on 9/9/17 for a generic replacement salt cell for my pool. On 9/11/17, I received a shipping notification email with a UPS tracking link. On 9/12/17, I checked the UPS tracking link and it showed that the label had been printed but the item had not shipped. I waited another couple of days and the items still had not shipped. Called the toll free customer service number and waited about 10 minutes for a rep. She was friendly and professional, but she didn't apologize for the situation and only offered to ship the item for arrival within a few days. I requested that the order be cancelled and requested an immediate refund. She said they would issue the refund. If they don't refund my money in a timely manner, I will dispute it with my credit card company. This company has a one star rating on two very popular online retailer review sites. I don't recommend buying from them.
