Pool Service Technicians

When my 25 year old pool heater (Anthony Pools - Citadel IV) failed, I called around the usual pool repair shops in the Alta Loma, CA area. They all wanted to sell me an expensive new pool heater.
Other than being one of the few pool technicians who actually returned my call, Kelley was the only one who reassured me that repairing this old heater was a lot more cost effective than buying an expensive replacement. He persisted in his troubleshooting and successfully repaired the heater. I was expecting a huge bill, but he charged me an insignificantly small amount for the time he spent and the trips he made back and forth. I could sense that he found satisfaction in getting a job done well rather than making money off his customer. He is jovial, easy to talk to and has a great positive attitude.
