Pool Service Plus

This pool company turned on my heater and it remained on for a month. I have NEVER EVER wanted or asked for it to be on. I called when I received an astronomical bill and looked at my heater and saw it was turned up to 90. I talked to the girl that answers phones Tia/ Leah. She said she saw a note in my account to leave the heater on!!! I told her I would never call in for that. She surmised that the wrong note was put in my account. I told her something needed to be done about this. My bill for the month Was $749!!!!! ( 329 + 420 two billing statements covered a month). it is usually 60.

She stated they would make it right and she would call the technician and the boss. The boss would not adjust my bills or give a credit and denied it was their fault. I will have to file a small claims , but want this reported. I would prefer for them to give service for 7 months to cover the cost I was incurred due to their error.
