Pool Professionals

Not a reputable company. I have been using them for three months. Three times they have left my pool pump running until I got home at 8:00 p.m in the middle of summer, costing me over $300.00 in extra electrical usage. Twice the technician did not even clean the bottom of my pool or skim my pool. The day I moved in (it's a rental home) the pool was filthy and hadn't been cleaned in weeks, yet he signed the card that he was there and cleaned the pool. My thought is that he assumed it was still a vacant property. I can't fire them because the rental company is the one with the contract. VERY UNHAPPY!

Top notch customer service, (that's hard to come by these days!) the owner got back to me promptly and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would defiantly recommend Pool Professionals if your looking for an honest reliable pool service!
