In reference to Mr. [redacted] dispute, it is apparent that there is a misunderstanding. The original call from Mr. [redacted] was as...
follows; to replace a pool motor and inspect the impeller for a charge of $195.00 plus cost of impeller. After testing the motor and examining the impeller, it was determined that the motor did not need replacement and the impeller was in good condition. Mr. [redacted] was charged $75 for the service and a mechanical seal that was installed in the pump/motor assembly, a very reasonable and appropriate fee. Per Mr. [redacted] statement that the problem was "an o-ring for one of the valves" as stated above "Pool Motor Exchange" does not repair valves.A receipt has been e-mailed to Mr. [redacted] and after my explanation of fees charged for our service, Mr. [redacted] still feels he should be refunded $50.00, he can call me at ###-###-#### and I will take it to him personally.Thank you,?
