Pool Kings

We used Pool Kings for nine months. We continued to have problems with regular pool servicing and not following specific instructions. There were problems with brushing small areas of algae or dirt in the pool and spa. Also there were continuous problems with back-washing correctly. Even though there were clear instructions posted on our account to backwash into the sewer clean-outs, the weekly service people back-washed onto and flooded our patio once and then another time back-washed into the front yard. We had 3 different weekly pool service people over the 9 months we had them under contract. It seemed like we were getting trainees who didn't spend adequate time to take a few minutes to see what was specifically needed. They tried to resolve the issues but the the same problems would keep reoccurring.
