Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that the resolution to write off the remaining $from our bill is satisfactory to me
Response to Complaint,First of all we have always had an excellent reputation with the Revdex.com and other 3rd party sites, including [redacted] Reviews and *** Our customers are our most important asset and we always strive to make everyone 100% satisfied with our service.We have a minimum $ service call fee It's very standard among service companies including HVAC, Plumbing, Applianc Repair etc, All of us service companies have costs that drive our business models.We went out to the [redacted] house on three separate occasions First trip was by our tech with over years experience who spent over an hour at the [redacted] house trying to fix their problems He was not sure there problem could be fixed Our second trip was by our General Manager, who also spent significant time there but was stumped as well He then called an owner of a separate company whom he met at the Standard's house the next day They brainstormed together and all of them agreed that we couldn't fix the problem.I have spoken to [redacted] about this charge She wrote a certified several page letter outlining why we shouldn't be allowed to charge for something we weren't able to fix I explained to her that we went above and beyond what anyone else in the pool industry would have done, and I had valid 'costs' associated with sending two Technicians out on three separate occasionsOur original bill was for $120.00, which after speaking to my General Manager was reduced to $ We have tried to be fair with them but it appears the only resolution she wants is for us to charge them nothing even though I have significant costs.In the interest of making this customer 100% satisfied, we are willing to write off the remaining $off their bill We will do a better job of explaining our minimum charge to our customers I wish the [redacted] luck in finding a new pool company
