I had this contractor come out to handle my pool and patio resurface project and advise anyone to be cautious choosing this companyI had to call them constantly after the initial contract and deposit was signed to see when they were going to come out (to start work, complete work)Their communication is horribleA job that was promised in weeks stretched out for over monthsThe job wound up never getting fully completedAfter months, I stopped trying to contact them to come out to finish where they patched the patio due to low spots when they resurfaced Not worth the savings and hassle using this contractorPay a little more and deal with someone who is more professional

I would not recommend this company although the pool looks good they could not come out to do the final completion and it dragged out for the entire summer. Doug promised me in March that it would be done by the time I left town in April and although they did not have that much to do to complete it they just wouldn't come and do it - I went to the back of the line and every job took precedent over me and I had to harass them to come out - it became ridiculous - such bad customer service after I had paid the majority of the money. I had no leverage and Doug had bigger customers to satisfy. I finally decided to get the final work done by someone else as I got tired of waiting. Not worth the frustration.
