[redacted] - his pool was completed and the concrete was repaired. He was reimbursed for his pool closing with check #[redacted] in the amount of $592.78 dated 11-23-22016.

The concrete has yet to be repaired. A third party was sent to...

repair the concrete and the only progress they have made was to put larger gaps between the faux pavers. The concrete continues to have major imperfections and dissingrate. We continue to have no show, no call, and no updates from this third party contractor hired by Pool Depot.
