Pool Chem Inc

Russ Promised to keep my pool clean all summer long using his chemical service. I had a green pool all summer. He did not come in time to put chemicals in my pool. He had me replace my filter grids manifold and other things and said it would solve my problem and it did not. The thing I have the biggest problem with is that he waited for my pool to get green and then told me he would not provide me with chemical service any longer. I had to call him to find out what was going on. He was not even professional enough to pick up the phone and talk to me. He sent me a text after I asked him why my pool was green then he would not pick up the phone when I called him back. Very unprofessional. Do not trust this man.
