Complaint ID#: Company Name: Pooh Corner Preschool Learning Center, Inc Company Contact Name: [redacted] Company Contact Phone: [redacted] Company Contact Email: [redacted] Consumer's Name: [redacted] Revdex.com Staff Member (if you know): **No Response [redacted] Complaint Information: We feel that this is an attempt by a disgruntled parent to discredit the organization which is both licensed and accredited by the NAEYCThe customer's statement of the problem, if read, is a scattering array of various thoughts and comments with little to no factual statements or evidence to support any of the claims other than personal opinionWith regards to the communication issue, there are many means to communicate with management at the center which includes: the teacher, the head teacher, the Director and the OwnerThe Head Teacher and the Owner have no record of any attempted communication from this parent and this Revdex.com letter is the first we were aware that there was an issueWith regards to an unlocked an unattended door, that is not factual as the door is actually connected to the playground so the childs only means of egress would have been back to the enclosed playgroundThere was also a teacher in the room with the child and other children at the time which is documented through review of our security video systemWith regards to the tuition problem, there was an error in calculating the fee, however the parent was always behind in their payments by at least to weeks of tuition owed so there was never any time in the entire period that the parent had in fact over paid because they never paid up to the tuition was chargedOnce the matter was brought to the billing department it was rectified immediately and a credit applied to the account, however the account still remained in a position where it was behind even after the creditOverall the complaint appears to be more of a rant than a statement of direct material issues that should be adressed anywhere beyond the centerTheir are no relevant facts or supporting documentation substantiating any of the claims and the fact that the desired statement is that two teacher assistants be put in charge of the centerGiven that these teacher assistants do not have the necessary educational background to perform such tasks, is a bizarre statement and requestI am requesting that this entire matter be dismissed as the intention of the parent is clear in the complaint body and desired settlement statement Sent on: 5/28/10:22:PM
