Do not order from this company. I never received my products. I could not reach them, email or phone. They did not respond to my communication efforts! They took my payment and never sent my products. Never heard a word from anyone. Luckily I paid through PayPal. PayPal resolution center. It took time, still no communication from Poochie. ..finally paypal was able to get my money back! Stay away from this company. I should have researched them.
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order online on 9/15. I followed up on the status 2-3 weeks later. They responded with a 2 day delay stating that the manufacturer's lead-time was 3-4 weeks. I followed up again 7 weeks after I placed the order. Two emails and a voice message later (their phones and web live chat are not working), I got another short email telling me that the order had been cancelled and the amount refunded (it had). I'm sure the response I got via email had nothing to do with my leaving a voice message promising to file a claim with my credit card company and the Revdex.com if I did not hear back from them. They never informed me that the order had been cancelled. I know teenagers who can run a lemonade stand with more professionalism, courtesy and better customer service than these people.
