I have been lucky enough to work with Ken and the team at Lee Collins for over yearsThey are amazing and go out of their way to provide prompt and efficient serviceThey have come to my rescue in different homes and I wouldn't use anyone elseSo honest and always try to repair before replacing!! They are the best!!!
My parents also used them and my Mother (an obsessive compulsive perfectionist) would not use anyone else either They definitely have our seal of approval and I recommend them whenever I can Personal, customized, and efficient service

This company was contracted through my home warranty company Fidelity whom I'm also going to wright a complaint about. Lee Collins was scheduled to fix my HVAC unit. After not hearing from them at the time I was promised I contacted them and they gave me several excuses such as, all of there service tucks were on the other side of town and they didn't have a ladder for a two story building. Basically they gave me the run around for two days in 106 degree weather and refused to service my broken Air Conditioning unit. every interaction I had with this company I spoke with Ken who claimed to be the owner.
My goal for this complaint make consumers aware NOT to use this company because they basic equipment to get on a roof of a two story building.
