The manager did receive a call on 11/7/with the tenant reporting possible bed bugs [redacted] Pest Control was called to do an inspection of that apartment and an adjacent apartment the next day NO BED BUG ACTIVITY WAS FOUND the tenant then proceeded to call the [redacted] man a puppet of the complex I have included a memo from [redacted] confirming the inspection results Pontoon Plaza takes bed bugs very seriously and has had several apartments treated in the past and will continue to do so in the futureIf the apartment is the only one in that building with a bed bug problem, then they are responsible for the treatment fees The manager has not received any complaints from anyone else in the buildingI have also included some pictures of the inside of the complainants apartment taken from the door while the inspection was going onIf you have any questions, or require additional information, please feel free to call any timePlease check our history We have owned Pontoon Plaza for years and not one Revdex.com complaint until now Do you believe it is us or just an unhappy and unknowledgeable tenant?
