His claim of no work being done is a false accusation against Pondosa Inc. We told our client numerous times that the entire work from start to finish may take a long time because of NYC Department of Buildings involvement. At this stage, we are still working on this project to get the plumber's sign-off so that we can close this case as soon as possible.
