We have everything on the membership agreement. The terms and conditions are clearly outlined. I will offer the customer a 50% settlement of the amount owed 115$. If customer pays this immediately, then we will cancel the remaining balance.
I reached out to this customer the day we received this complaint and canceled her membership with no further due. I have this in an email exchange. She was happy with that process. We did exactly what she asked for. Feel free to call me with any further questions. [redacted]

Review: Using a coupon from Sunday, January 18, 2015's paper, we traveled 20 miles to the Ponderosa to have the buffet with a "free petite sirloin" only to be told that the coupon had "expired" the week before and thus we only purchased the salad bar. (The excuse was that the coupon said "Limited Time Offer")We had actually arrived at a (lest costly) time of 3:45 PM, but waited until the 4:00 (dinner time) on the coupon. Also, the coupon appeared in the Sunday, January 25th's paper again!! Is this a "Bait and Switch"? The manager said they decided mid-month to cancel the coupon, but their ads run monthly...Doesn't seem logical to me...Desired Settlement: We want them to honor their coupons on a timely basis. If it runs monthly, then expire it when the month is up. We like the food but this was a bad judgment call on their part...
