We looked this person up on face book and noticed that he is a very good guest of ours. After we received this guests contact info we started trying to reach out to him in a timely fashion according to our written reply time. He did not answer...

for 3-4 days and we finally left him a message that compensation was being mailed to him while we were going to continue to contact him. He then text me his mailing address. Since then he has used the any thing you want on the menu certificates I sent him. This guest text me that he used the certificates and was very pleased with his experience. I also gave him personal contact info in case he would encounter any future problems. We do sincerely thank [redacted] for his comments and hope that he remains a valued guest.
