response to the complaint filed.Apparently part of the records were given to the daughter last week and the rest of the records will be given today or tomorrow when we are able to find her...

daughter.My letter response to the patient is enclosed for your record. And just for your information
besides what I've responded in the letter was that we did not have the signed authorization when the patient first called us which was probably another reason for such a delay.But to be honest,really, in severe!I weeks of time for digging out the records over three years from a different office and stored in a different location could be very difficult and I am sure you would understand.I apologize to the patient with sincerity anyways.Again I appreciate your letter and your suggestions from the bottom of my heart.Sincerely,
