POM Siding

I would hire POM again in a heartbeat.
I had called two other contractors for estimates, and three weeks later still had no estimate from either one. Then I found POM. Keith came within a day or two after my call. He took time to examine my house thoroughly, explain options, and answer questions. He left, and two hours later I had my estimate.
After I hired POM Siding, Keith stayed in touch. There was a minor delay because of Covid-related backlogs in manufacturing; my siding did not arrive when expected, but I was kept in the loop.
When the team arrived to start work, they arrived bright and early, were friendly and cheerful, polite and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and were extremely thorough with the final cleanup at the completion of the job.
Keith went above and beyond, too. When they took down my awning, they found that the paint was completely worn off the top of it. Keith asked if I wanted it repainted, then he went and got the primer and paint, and repainted it for me.
When he took down my outside light, it also was not in good shape; Keith told me, I bought a new one, and he installed it.
He heard me mention that I was having a hard time finding someone to do a different kind of work on my home. So Keith spent time calling around to his friends, and gave me a name and number. I called, the guy got right back to me, and the work was done a week later.
Keith and his crew finished putting up my siding ahead of schedule, and did a fantastic job. I have had several neighbors compliment my home’s new look.

The contractor provided a clear and understandable estimate. All work was performe neatly and expertly. They were accommodating and answered all questions. They were a pleasure to work with.
