Our company has been in contact with Mrs*** regarding her concerns with the rust spots and coating We have since been out to her home to repair the current rust spots that have been appearing and have spoken with her about a plan of action if they continue to appear and the actual
duration of her warranty along with what her warranty covers Mrs*** has been advised to call us if any other issues arise with her floor.At this time, we still are working closely with our manufacturer on how to repair/address any further rust spots that may appear on coated floors We are also addressing how to improve the equipment and communication concerns with our staff
