The sales person told me to bring in cash to buy a tub and he could give me a better deal I don't mean no financing I mean literal cash paper green backs Does this company ever pay taxes? or is the sales guy stealing from the company? By the time I got out of the sale floor I real felt screwed over by the sales staff I would never buy from this company

Sold under a name and pretensesold this way so they did not have to honor the original warranty
my complaint is that on 05/17/I bought what I thought to be a brand new hot tubIt was sold to me with a new owners manual claiming to be a *** *** Spa by VikingEnclosed in my new Spa package was also a warranty card for a six year limited Warranty which I returned to VikingI never thought any thing different about my spa since in the spa top control panel its marked *** ***! on the molded Plastic shell of my hot tub it is carved in the plastic *** river!Well 10/01/we started having some problems with the hot tub so I called PolynesianThey tell me my hot tub is a *** ***Not a *** ***Which I always thought was a model of *** ***They tell me its not a *** *** spa at allFunny I say it said it right on the tubWhat I want is the warranty to honored
