My booking was via [redacted] as a shore excursion which was operated by Polynesian Adventures. The excursion took place after final disembarkment from the cruise. Of note, I still have not received a response from Polynesian adventures as of today 10/10/16 for my original inquiry to them on...
Purchased the Pearl Harbor tour. Had to fly from Kona to Honolulu. Checked in the day before the tour. Was told a rep would meet us at the airport. No one showed and no one called. Have never done a tour like this before, so, we were not sure what to do. Called the PAT and the rep on the phone told me "sometimes they show and sometimes they don't". I was flabbergasted to say the least. We were told to get our own tickets. Had just enough time to get through security and get on the plane. Got to Honolulu and had to wait another 3/4 of an hour for more people to show. Did not get enough time at the Arizona Memorial to see the exhibits and look through the gift shops. Unfortunately did not get to see the Arizona Memorial due to weather. Nothing on the info PAT sends you advises that weather could cancel viewing the Memorial. PAT said their rep called the morning we left to give instructions because they were not going to be at the airport. Did not receive a phone call, voicemail or email from anyone that morning. Requested they advise the phone number their rep called and I have not heard back from them.
