Mr [redacted] requested additional services from FedEx at time of delivery (lift gate and inside delivery) that was not authorized by Poly-Tex on the original bill of lading. these charges removed, but FedEx has so far refused since Mr [redacted] authorized these extra delivery charges.We will again reach out to FedEx to help facilitate the removal of these charges and will update in 4-5 business days
