Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: We use the table Cloth because we were told to use them and that someone would call us back on Sunday no later than Monday about the condition of the table cloths we are not trying to get anything for free We just want to get what we paid for or a refundWe would have brought the table cloths back that day but an employee of Poly Cleanser stated to use them because the head Manger was not there and that someone would call us back Sunday no later that Monday on this matterWe received no call Sincerely, Rochelle ***

Dear: The complainer got the items by checking the items when they got items. Therefore, we require our clients to bring items if they are not satisfied Phone call complaint does not decide or solve the complaint. We clearly told her to bring items to check the status of the items because the complainer checked items when they got items and the complainer was satisfied. Instead of bringing items for re-clean or refund, she used items. We never saw the conditions of the items after they got items. It was so simple, if she brought items to check the status of the items. Now, the complainer wants re-clean after the items were used. It is simply unacceptable and we believe this is so malicious and intentional.  We believe that we addressed and clarified  all the issues or questions raised by the complainer.  Sincerely, Sangjin [redacted], the manager.

I am rejecting this response because: Again we were told by a Poly Cleaner worker that we did not have to bring the table cloths back because of our event being the same day that we picked them up offered to send the guy photo's but he stated no some will call you on Sunday no later that Monday. Again we offered to bring them back and a employee of Poly cleaners stated we did not have to and someone will get back with us.
