In response to the complaint filed by Mr***:The property in question consists of a farm house in Western Montana The home sits on an appoximate acres of open land which the homeonwers originally bought in order to hunt game birds Mr [redacted] was aware that the owners would be using the property from time to time for this specific purpose prior to signing the lease The area that is used for hunting is no where near the residential home nor has there been any shooting is the vacinity of the home Unfortuantley the alligations made by Mr [redacted] are not accurate By his own admission Mr [redacted] is not happy living in the home and fortunately for him the lease is expiring soon Our office has made every effort to work with Mr [redacted] but sometimes it's best to part ways and agree to disagreeMr [redacted] was given proper notice that his lease was expiring and that we would not be renewing it The lease signed by our company and Mr [redacted] is in accordance with Montana Tenant Landord laws and we have fullfilled all the terms and conditions of that leaseSincerely, [redacted] General ManagerPolson Property Management
