There appears to be a bit of miscommunication and we welcome the customer to contact our officeWe will reach out to discuss the matter as well At no time during the recent service calls was the customer enrolled in a service agreement nor was the customer charged for a service agreement Over the past few years the customer had been enrolled in a service agreement from Polsinello Fuels however this year the customer declined the service agreement in writing because of financesLater in the year, the customer made a payment that would have covered the cost of the service agreement but that balance remained on their accountPolsinello Fuels never charged the customer for the service agreementUnfortunately, simply making the payment does not entitle a customer to a service agreementRegarding the recent service work, the customer had an annual tuperformed on her heating system which in years past would have been covered by the service agreement however this year the tuwas charged to the account because there was no service agreement in placeWe were later called to the house and found a problem with zone valves and a low water cutoffOur technician provided an estimate for the work however the customer declined the estimate and workTo be clear, the work which was quoted would not be covered by a service agreement even if one had been in place at the time of the service call as the parts and labor for such repairs are explicitly listed as excluded in our service agreementAlso this work would not be covered under any warranty or guaranty from the installation of the heating system nine years ago in April Lastly, the customer stated the furnace was not left in the same condition it was found during a recent service callPolsinello Fuels will gladly send a technician out to the house to rectify any workmanship issues associated with the recent tuand service call We will reach out to the customer to schedule a no charge follow up service call to address these concernsWe appreciate the customer's loyal business and hope to move forward once this miscommunication is behind us
