Terrible customer service. Dont use this company
My package was repackaged at the Trenton shipping location was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks after 10 weeks my son called the Poland location and it was sitting there when they repackaged it the put the wrong address delivered the next day destroyed a they will not return my calls to get the insurance rectified since January.

According to the tracking system - my package went missing 4 days after I sent it. And already 1 month passed since it was last scanned. Nobody is responding to my phone calls or emails asking to track it down. They are taking no responsibility for misplacing (or stealing) big package full of expensive Christmas gifts and it seams that I have no other recourse than to keep calling and emailing. I can't file a claim in any other way and they just ignore me, which I guess is a successful way of avoiding taking responsibility for a massive loss. But this is criminal!

Very bad customer service. They force u to write authorization for customs. First email from them was that I have fill 3 documents and give them authorization for customs. They ignore the fact that all items in parcel is my personal owning. I told them that I am willing to be there and show all receipts and whatever documents they need to prove that all items in crate are mine owning and that I was sender and receiver as well. I was moving from usa back to Europe. I can prove that each item in parcel is mine and I lived in usa over 10 years. Anyway they did custom clearence without even calling custom officer as they wrote in email. They count taxes and duty and email me bank account to wire them money. When u call they wont answer phone. Terrible. I still dont have my stuff. Really hard communication. I starting to think that they just ttryin to rob me.The name of custom company is Karex. I think that they tax you but nothing goin to poland goverment but to their own pocket.

Unfortunately, Polonez handled the move of my household goods from Eustis,FL to Prague, Czech Republic. Some of my belongings were stolen in the move including two bicycles and a vacuum cleaner. I had everything well documented, but Polonez refused to do the right thing and reimburse me. Problems can occur, but the party who is responsible, in this case Polonez, needs to take responsibility.

I would like to file a complain against Polonez Parcel Service located at 143 Doty Circle, West Springfield, Ma XXXXX. In October 2013 I have mailed a parcel to Poland via Air Mail to my son, Adrian [redacted] who presently resides in Sopot, Bitwy Pod Plowcami 60B/204 St., Poland. The parcel contained a few food items and 2 pairs of new Levy's jeans that were ordered on "special order" from another store. The items were mailed using Polonez Parcel Service, who claimed to provide " Quality and Dedication to their customers". The parcel arrived damaged and 2 pairs of jeans and one food product were missing. I contacted Polonez Parcel Service whose excuse was that the parcel was not open when delivered to the door and they are not responsible for missing items. I am a frequent customer of different catalog orders in USA which arrive to my house and I never have to open the packages in front of the post office or UPS clerk to check the content. If there is any discrepancy, the firm replaces the item with no cost to the customer. Polonez Parcel Service operating in USA should have some financial and ethical responsibility for their actions to their customers. Their operations are based on dishonesty and lack of professional conduct. In todays world where quality should stand behind the business, this firm is missing their basic mission and should be investigated for its actions. Desired SettlementI spent $200.00 for the whole package. I would like to get my money back.Thank you,[redacted]Business Response In our opinion at this point there is no basis for the sender to file a claim against our company. Her complaint was forwarded to our distribution company in Poland for further investigation. They informed us that they received the same claim from the recipient. According to our policy a claim cannot be accepted from both the sender and the receiver. Since the incident took place in Poland we decided that it is reasonable that the Polish company will take care of it, and reimbursement, if allowed, will be paid to the recipient. Moreover our decision was made in the best interest of our client since Polish company claim rules are less strict then ours. Sender was informed that her claim on the US side is closed and it will proceed in Poland. As we found out the receiver estimated the value of missing articles and most likely he soon will be compensated.Consumer Response Polonez Parcel Service shifted all the responsibility to delivery firms in Poland which at this time are blaming each other without compensating neither the sender nor the receiver. Polonez Parcel Service charged me for shipping and delivery and he is responsible for any losses.He is contracted with delivery firms in Poland and he should make all the efforts to resolve this issue with them. Instead, he is avoiding any responsibility. His professional conduct is dishonest, showing poor management skills and disability to solve customers' issues. By avoiding the responsibility he is violating customers' rights. Thank you,[redacted]Business Response Our company policy is that the sender must provide a record of discrepancy for positive consideration of the claim. This record has to be written in the presence of the delivering person before signing for the package. The package was accepted and we did not receive such document thus we cannot accept this claim. Receiver's claim is under consideration of the delivery company FedEx in Poland. Since they are independent company with their own rules and regulations we do not have any influence their decisions.

Three parcels were not delivered to the recipient within 4-6 weeks, missing expensive content. Recipient went to pick them up at his own expense.Three packages (# MP XXXXXX, MP XXXXXX, MP XXXXXX) were broadcast (send it) on March 12, 2013 from US. Company Polonez Parcel obligated to deliver parcels to customer (reciver) in Poland within 4-6 weeks. Packages were never delivered. Recipient personally went to [redacted] 1h away at his own expense, on May 28, 2013 (to pick up boxes).Company Polonez Parcel delayed in sending the documents and information (April 16 parcels were already at Polonez Parcel in Poland thats ZUH SAGA-KAREX ). Customs documents were sent from the company Polonez Parcel until May 9. Despite the fact that we really pushed on them by phone and by email. Customs documents are returned on May 13 (the same day as received). Polonez Parcel received them on May 15. Although still packs were blocked. In the period from 15 to 28 May were the two distributions - Polonez Parcel when it could deliver a package to the recipient.When a reciver called Polonez Parcel - Zuh Saga (Karex), he was informed that there was no distribution (which was a lie), and that the package will be delivered on May 31. The recipient had already heard the promises of delivery of parcels on the phone, which did not come to fruition. So he went personally pick up the package. Just as we feared packages have been robbed - that was the reason why they were blocked. The packages were private things, clothes, personal items. The packets were lost expensive clothes and a $ 3500.When we contacted the company Polonez Parcel why the package was blocked and never delivered. Employee [redacted] - said he was waiting on customs documents from reciver about a month (he lie). When asked why the envelope with postage stamp papers is May 9, 2013 (Polonez Parcel-ZUH SAGA lie- company Polonaise changed versions of the packages were treated as removals sender. Which was another lie. Another version of the blocking package was that the Polish Customs blocked the package. We asked the Polish Customs - they sent us a letter (which I have) that this company Polonez Parcel-ZUH Saga -Karex was responsible for sending documents and it depended on them when. Polonez Parcel owner is Mr. [redacted] ([redacted]) .The owner shall not upheld my complaint. He acts as if everything was fine. He reported that the packages were treated as removals - that he lied to us and he did it on purpose in order to avoid liability for losses. The reason is that he and Mr. [redacted] are very good friends. Polonez Parcel Company failed to inform the recipient that on April 16, 2013 parcels were stopped at the Customs office in Poland (it was their duty). The receiver began to ring. The sender of parcels sent emails to the company (Polonez Parcel-Zuh Saga KAREX) - the emails were about what's in the packages. On April 22, Mr. [redacted] told the recipient that the packs are expensive clothes. Unfortunately, after opening the package on May 28, it turned out that these clothes are not there. The aim was to block packets that the sender did not remember what's in them.I would like to inform you that the Polonez Parcel has its base in Poland, the establishment of the packages are stored. The name of this establishment is ZUH Saga Karex. It's the facility to lock packages and this is where things have gone missing from the package.Since the company Polonaise Parcel expected total return shipping costs for these packages. There were never delivered to the recipient is not provided on time, missing contents of the package, what has been damaged or dirty (which they reported at the beginning of June). Parcels were weighed upon receipt - weight disagreed 10lbs and 14 lbs.Owner Polonez Parcel ([redacted]) - knows what happened to the packages because employees ZUH SAGA KAREX are his good friends (I think their lies). I know that I am not the only customer of the contents of the package was lost.The case concerning the disappearance of clothing from parcels will take place in Poland.The cost of shipping is $ 270.21Desired SettlementSince the company Polonez Parcel I expected total refund shipping costs. Packages have not been supplied within 4-6 weeks, were deliberately blocked, missing content, the rest of the things damaged and dirty. The company did not honor the agreement for what I paid. The documents which Ms. [redacted] claims were held on purpose were sent late only because she could not decide if she wanted to claim the shipment as a regular shipment which would require her to pay duty and taxes on some of the items, or claim a property resettlement in which case most if not all of her items would become duty free. Those are two different procedures and ZUH Saga could not send out proper documentation until a decision was reached. The recipient was not lied to about the distribution time. He was simply given the facts as they were on that day. At that point there was an unforeseen delay with container delivery which would have delayed distribution time. That situation was resolved and distribution schedule was changed again. What Ms. [redacted] failed to mention is that once the customs clearance issue was resolved Karex and ZUH Saga did whatever they could to have the parcels delivered earlier. They were even going to pay another currier to deliver them with the only exception being that the recipient would have to send them a payment for the duty and custom clearance fees in advance instead of paying it to our delivery person at the time of delivery. He declined. Ms. [redacted] claims that the recipient went out of his way to pick up the parcels. He did in fact pick them up. He stopped by without notice and told them he was passing through and it was more convenient for him to just pick them up. All parcels were weighed. Even though there were no weight discrepancies the recipient was encouraged to check the contents of all parcels before leaving. He declined. We can not accept a claim for loss when the parcels were not checked in front of a Polonez Parcel Service, ZUH Saga, or Karex representative. We also can not accept claims of thievery, conspiracies, and personal relationships between business partners by someone who falsifies documents claiming their items have a lesser value to avoid paying duty, then claims the value of her parcels to be over $3000.00 more to the Revdex.com to make herself appear the bigger victim.Fact is we have been in business for over thirty years. We ship around 30,000 parcels per month during our slowest periods. Most of our customers have been using our services for years. If what Ms [redacted] claims is true than we would have been out of business many years ago. We will gladly forward the copies of the forms on which Ms [redacted] claims the value of her parcels to be $45.00 per parcel not $3500.00 total. Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I sent a request to the Customs Office in Czestochowa. Questions related to delays in the delivery of parcels (3 packages). I have all the documents from the Customs Office in Czestochowa. In all indicated that for the delay and lack of content packages is responsible Polonez Parcel Service and ZUH SAGA Karex. They answer was:"In response to Mrs. further inquiries on the 3 packages granted in the United States, please note that comments on:- Time distribution packages- Order customer service- Any differences in the contents of packages- A total lack of parcelsshould be directed to the carrier company and the company KAREX Service and Trade Department "SAGA", based in Czestochowa, that the decision of the Head of the Customs Office in Czestochowa no 333000-SPG-6010-2/05/WD of 01.09.2005r. received approval for the temporary storage facility." I have this letter for future reference. I received two such letters from Customs in Czestochowa.When a customer (reciver) asked ZUH SAGA (Polonez Parcel) to submit a customs declaration: worker replied, "Your daughter's clothes are not needed since she is not here yet"" I have now mowers and medicine to take care of (more important things like your packages). "When we asked another customs agency what we should do in this case - told us that we should have to go for a packages with the Police Department (becouse packages were blocked with out reason). Following the submission of complaint to the Agency Polus - I received a response from the ZUH SAGA, that the packages were blocked because the recipient sent back the customs declarations after a month (which was an evident a lie : he recive them from ZUH SAGA on 13 may - send back the same day): when the I asked: "why on the envelope with the stamp from the company ZUH SAGA (Polonez) is the date of 9 May? "- The answer was "we have to wait until the owner returns from vacation to solve this problem". I think that no one expected that the envelope is still in our hands.This answer was given by telephone to the owner of the [redacted] in [redacted]. I have a document in which Mr. [redacted] owner ) confirmed this version of his signature.As regards the distribution. I personally spoke with the employee ZUH SAGA on May 29, 2013 - he confirmed that there was no distribution or to the reciver at the beginning of May to block the shipment declaration saying: "We have a long holiday weekend, and no one worked - This is why I did not send the customs declaration" - which was a lie. We have received several different answers that do not stick to the facts. The answers were lies.As for the customs declaration so I wrote the amount of $ 45 x3 = $ 135 (there were 3 packages).Managed by the fact that for more than six months each of my package was opened by the Customs Office (I have a boxes with stamps Customs Office for information) and was imposed duty. Well we knew that these will also be open due to the weight. Polonez company claims that the content package was worth $ 45 - why was imposed duties on my package? In Poland, the duty is imposed when the value of the parcel exceeds the amount of $45 (around).I paid the duty on these three packages - the amount of duty is $ 245. This suggests that the contents of parcels far exceeded the value of $ 45. I have all the documents with the duty.I am very surprised that the company Polonez Parcel Service writing $ 45 not mentioned about duty - this is clear proof that the contents of the package exceeded the amount of $ 45 and content of the packages was expensive. When a customer called ZUH SAGA - epmloyee confirmed by telephone that in the packages are expensive clothes (which disappeared).One more thing on the customs documents is selected, the document that was filed "Wniosek o przedluzenie terminu - Application for extension of time". On whose order was filed this document? Who signed it? It was never presented to us. We really want to see it. Has been made and signed by a third party. Such a request should be made by the sender or receiver packages - in this case it was not. This is a scam. We have e-mails, which we really insist on the release of parcels.Please do not lie that I did not want to pay the duty. I always paid my duty - a lot of times. It was not the first time. We have all the documents.Packages were weighed in front of witnesses after "breaking free" from the company ZUH SAGA. Weight does not agree with the contract documents.When we asked another Customs Agency what we should do in this case - they advised us that we should have to go there with the police because the blocking packages and the declaration was illegal.You say that you are in the market for 30 years... I have come across for an opinion on the company Polonez Parcel Service, issued on May 20, 2013:"This is the worst company I have ever shipped packages to Poland. Destroyed all that was in it, some were lost but they had other people's things. Spite of shipping insurance would not pay even money for shipping (and was alot of money). No contact, no response to emails or phone calls. If you have I reached it's never been 'proper' persons to lodge a complaint. I've lost it few thousand dollars and the company continues to operate with impunity. Warns against this company. There are other, better and cheaper. I'm going to report them to the Revdex.com. I'm sure that the employee ZUH Saga knows where they are. This is evidenced by his lies about sending a declaration.I even lost small caps for VW car wheels (rims) - that is a shame. We know exactly what happened to the contents of packages. We know that this is a very serious problem.Let's not forget one fact someone in ZUH SAGA - KAREX has a license ...

We ship around 30,000 parcels per month during our slowest periods. Most of our customers have been using our services for years. If what Ms [redacted] claims is true than we would have been out of business many years ago. We will gladly forward the copies of the forms on which Ms [redacted] claims the value of her parcels to be $45.00 per parcel not $3500.00 total. Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I sent a request to the Customs Office in Czestochowa. Questions related to delays in the delivery of parcels (3 packages). I have all the documents from the Customs Office in Czestochowa. In all indicated that for the delay and lack of content packages is responsible Polonez Parcel Service and ZUH SAGA Karex. They answer was:"In response to Mrs. further inquiries on the 3 packages granted in the United States, please note that comments on:- Time distribution packages- Order customer service- Any differences in the contents of packages- A total lack of parcelsshould be directed to the carrier company and the company KAREX Service and Trade Department "SAGA", based in Czestochowa, that the decision of the Head of the Customs Office in Czestochowa no 333000-SPG-6010-2/05/WD of 01.09.2005r. received approval for the temporary storage facility." I have this letter for future reference. I received two such letters from Customs in Czestochowa.When a customer (reciver) asked ZUH SAGA (Polonez Parcel) to submit a customs declaration: worker replied, "Your daughter's clothes are not needed since she is not here yet"" I have now mowers and medicine to take care of (more important things like your packages). "When we asked another customs agency what we should do in this case - told us that we should have to go for a packages with the Police Department (becouse packages were blocked with out reason). Following the submission of complaint to the Agency Polus - I received a response from the ZUH SAGA, that the packages were blocked because the recipient sent back the customs declarations after a month (which was an evident a lie : he recive them from ZUH SAGA on 13 may - send back the same day): when the I asked: "why on the envelope with the stamp from the company ZUH SAGA (Polonez) is the date of 9 May? "- The answer was "we have to wait until the owner returns from vacation to solve this problem". I think that no one expected that the envelope is still in our hands.This answer was given by telephone to the owner of the [redacted] in [redacted]. I have a document in which Mr. [redacted] owner ) confirmed this version of his signature.As regards the distribution. I personally spoke with the employee ZUH SAGA on May 29, 2013 - he confirmed that there was no distribution or to the reciver at the beginning of May to block the shipment declaration saying: "We have a long holiday weekend, and no one worked - This is why I did not send the customs declaration" - which was a lie. We have received several different answers that do not stick to the facts. The answers were lies.As for the customs declaration so I wrote the amount of $ 45 x3 = $ 135 (there were 3 packages).Managed by the fact that for more than six months each of my package was opened by the Customs Office (I have a boxes with stamps Customs Office for information) and was imposed duty. Well we knew that these will also be open due to the weight. Polonez company claims that the content package was worth $ 45 - why was imposed duties on my package? In Poland, the duty is imposed when the value of the parcel exceeds the amount of $45 (around).I paid the duty on these three packages - the amount of duty is $ 245. This suggests that the contents of parcels far exceeded the value of $ 45. I have all the documents with the duty.I am very surprised that the company Polonez Parcel Service writing $ 45 not mentioned about duty - this is clear proof that the contents of the package exceeded the amount of $ 45 and content of the packages was expensive. When a customer called ZUH SAGA - epmloyee confirmed by telephone that in the packages are expensive clothes (which disappeared).One more thing on the customs documents is selected, the document that was filed "Wniosek o przedluzenie terminu - Application for extension of time". On whose order was filed this document? Who signed it? It was never presented to us. We really want to see it. Has been made and signed by a third party. Such a request should be made by the sender or receiver packages - in this case it was not. This is a scam. We have e-mails, which we really insist on the release of parcels.Please do not lie that I did not want to pay the duty. I always paid my duty - a lot of times. It was not the first time. We have all the documents.Packages were weighed in front of witnesses after "breaking free" from the company ZUH SAGA. Weight does not agree with the contract documents.When we asked another Customs Agency what we should do in this case - they advised us that we should have to go there with the police because the blocking packages and the declaration was illegal.You say that you are in the market for 30 years... I have come across for an opinion on the company Polonez Parcel Service, issued on May 20, 2013:"This is the worst company I have ever shipped packages to Poland. Destroyed all that was in it, some were lost but they had other people's things. Spite of shipping insurance would not pay even money for shipping (and was alot of money). No contact, no response to emails or phone calls. If you have I reached it's never been 'proper' persons to lodge a complaint. I've lost it few thousand dollars and the company continues to operate with impunity. Warns against this company. There are other, better and cheaper. I'm going to report them to the Revdex.com. "- this is not my opinion.There are plenty of such opinion for several years about the company and also Polonez Parcel workers try to cover (on internet) up all the failures and shortcomings. In the treatment of my parcels was a lot of weaknesses and ambiguities, and breaking the Polish law.I did not write the true value (on declaration)because the packages were my personal belongings clothes - for my own use. All have been used by me. Only a few pairs of shoes was new. If I did not write the appropriate value - and breaking the law should be imposed punishment (such is the Polish law). We know exactly what happened to the contents of packages. We know that this is a very serious problem.Let's not forget one fact someone in ZUH SAGA - KAREX has a license ...
