I am rejecting this response because:
The apartment that I occupied was almost constantly with second hand smokeEvery visit to the leasing office with that complaint was met with there is nothing we can doAfter about the fifth visit I said to the manager,
"other people must have had this problem"She admitted that was true and said the smoke was coming in where the plumbing wasWhen they offered their "solution" of moving to another apartment, it was clear that I would probably have the same problemI told the manager that I had cancer surgery in December and did not want to have the added stress to my body with all this second hand smokeThere was never any visit to the apartment to experience the problem or attempt to fix itThat is why I feel they should refund all my money
