[redacted] is the absolute best home inspector, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. His inspection over ten years ago saved me from buying what appeared to be a very cute house that ended up having toxic mold. He doesn't miss anything.
So, many years later while buying a condo, I made sure to have [redacted] do the inspection. I knew that it would be totally thorough and trustworthy. He explained everything he found to both the Seller and me in detail during the inspection. Everything was scheduled and done in a very timely and speedy manner, including additional tests that I requested. I was in the process of buying a home and needed a home inspector to review the property. I contacted Dave after visiting his website and reading his services etc. He informed me he would be performing the inspection himself, the fees, and the services included. Dave was timely to the appointment and thorough, he explained things he found in the home as we went along and always had suggestions or comments about what he found in and around the home, whether it was good or bad.
