Pollywog Pool Service

Review: Pool services allowed my pool to turn green. Did not provide services. I have made every effort to resolve this by allowing this company to continue services to restore the pool to operating status. They continue to not clean and balance water chemicals. I was hung up on and no return phone call or text message. The owner will not communicate with me. I've prepaid for the month of Sept. 2013.

Review: Company was submitting invoices for services and monthly service fee of $85 paid for months of ,December 2015 and January 2016. The service log card was removed and we were unable verify if services were completed. Pool turned green due to lack of service that was paid for. Multiples calls were placed to the business without any response.Desired Settlement: $85 refund for December 2015 and $85 for January 2016
