Pollo Operations

This place gets worse and worse by the minute. I placed my order online to be ready for pick up at the time selected. I placed my order at 3:42pm online and I get there and the food is not ready. The workers tell me well the order just got here 10 min ago.. well if it did then why do you not have the food ready by now. They said they don't know how the system works.. well learn, that's what training is for. I asked to get my money back as they were going to take for ever to get my order ready. The Manager ignored me and didn't want to give my money back. If you are a manager you at least apologize for what has gone wrong and not say oh well, we were there for 20min just to get my money back and while this food I ordered was to feed my son and because of their ignorance . We had to go and seek an alternate food place to get food . I hope that the supposed manager of this restaurant has a calm conscience knowing that he did not comply with his position and left a child without food for longer than it had to be, not knowing how a system works.

I went to pollo tropical on 16 ave West 49 st Hialeah florida last night placed my order and ordered a large fry and was given this small box
Worth $2.59 I asked it was a large and they responded yes and the beans they serve is more bean juice than beans and the chicken was very dry and more bones than meat
