Pollo Locuas

I ordered 3 chicken tacos with cheese and cilantro only at 9:04pm. This establishment is not scheduled to close until 10pm per postings in the restaurant and google search. I received my food at 9:15pm. Prior to leaving I checked my food to ensure it was made properly. Upon opening the container, I find 3 undercooked chicken tacos. The corn taco shells(all 6) looked and felt like they were put in a microwave or an oven but not grilled. The cheese had not even been able to melt because the shells and chicken was luke warm; not steaming hot like it was made fresh. After reviewing my order, I summonded a server to express my dissatisfaction: the taco shells didn’t look to par(looked microwaved not grilled). The server responded with silence, walked away, and called someone else to my attention(5’2, short hair, lady who wore glasses). She comes over asking what the problem was and I explicitly stated that the taco shells, in particular, were not up to my satisfaction would I be able to get the tacos remade accordingly. She said “No. We’re not going to make these tacos over. We do not microwave our food. This was put on the grill.” Proceeding to to TOUCH one of my tacos with her bare hands to feel the warmth(or lack there of). Later in the interaction I learn that this person is the owner and does not care to lose a customer for dissatisfaction because she has affordable menu items. She would not allow me to: order a different menu option for the same price, would not remake the tacos, or receive a refund. She replaced one taco only because I mentioned that she touched it.
