$21.99/mo.12 months~$20.50/mo.[redacted] signed up with our services and asked for 6 month prepay rate. Mr. [redacted] used ourservices from June- September. He now expects to use our service for 4 months getting the muchdiscounted rate for 6 months and cancel after 4. With his calculations for a refund of $71.25 we wouldreceive only $71.25 for 4 months of service (only wants to pay 17.81/mo. including tax!)We will refund a check to Mr. [redacted] for the following:June~        $26.85July~         $26.85August ~    $26.85September  $26.85                 $107.40Sales tax         8.59Total          $115.99Paid           $142.50Refund         $26.51 We are a small family owned business. All of our customers pay the same rates based on their choiceswhen they sign up. Our rates are not promotional.
