My daughter [redacted] and I ordered a shirt with a monogram from [redacted] with Polka Dotz Diva. The shirt we received was not correct. The shirt was defective. We asked for a replacement or a refund of our money. We received neither. We have sent Ms. [redacted] several requests and the requests have all been ignored. Ms. [redacted] only responded to one email and asked what problem we were having with the shirt. We told her but no response. We mailed he back the shirt and asked for either a new shirt or a refund. Still no response. We now would just like a refund.
