out records, it is impossible that the customer, as complained, received 120 spam emails from us, they did in fact sign up to receive regular emails from us, and they were removed from the service as soon as requested. We have double checked that this person will no longer receive our emails, and they were indeed removed. Thank you for alerting us to this issue, it is greatly appreciated.
