I purchased a [redacted] voucher for a Brazilian Blowout. I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled since May – it is now August and I have yet to get an appointment scheduled or get a response when I asked for my money back.

When I first attempted to contact the owner back in May, it took 5 calls, 2 voicemails, and multiple emails over the course of two weeks before I even got an initial response. The owner, [redacted], scheduled an appointment for me in mid-June, but texted me to cancel the day of the appointment. When she canceled on me via text, she said she would still honor the voucher after the expiration date that was coming up in a few weeks, but has not responded to me since - and I have tried to contact her over a dozen times via text, phone, and email over the past two months.

The service I had pre-paid for cost me more than $100 and she has ignored all of my attempts to schedule an appointment since she cancelled on me on June 14th.

During this time, I've been in contact with [redacted]'s customer service attempting to get my money refunded. [redacted] said it wasn't their policy to issue refunds and I was out of luck.

In my attempts to reach Debbie, I have also requested a refund of her via email and text if she is not able to schedule an appointment and honor the voucher. She hasn't respond to those requests. At this point, I have no desire to see her for the service or give her any more of my money - I just want my money refunded.
