The first call that we recieved on this matter was this morning at 8.30AM. *** called in twice and was told twice that I would call her as soon as I was out of appointments this morning I came in to an appointment at 9AM, followed by a AM appointment, which I just got out
of. There is no way that I could have responded to Tami's phone call until now, without doing disservice to the two clients who had preset appointments, that I had already committed to. I recently talked to *** on the phone and have an appointment set to go to her house today, to look at damages. I do not think it was fair or reasonable that this complaint was made. Our service is good. can this complaint be expunged out of your records?thank you,*** Polipnick, agent/owner
