It is the customer's responsibility to request a refund from either *** or *** if he or she is not satisfied with a product, or service of a product. I traded emails with this student who was extremely unprofessional and aggressive in her tone and manner. I of course have all of
her emails and a disturbing voicemail message she left on my cell phone. I will provide all of this at the Revdex.com's request.Until then,I recommend she request a refund using the proper channels from which she originally purchased the textbook. Best Regards,Paul B***
