Our hot water heater went out this morning. We looked at different reviews for plumbers and chose Polestar. After setting an appointment and an initial visit, we found we needed a new hot water heater. They were able to get it installed this afternoon. What a pleasant surprise when the team arrived and were extremely nice, considerate, and efficient! Brian and Garrett were both very careful in our home and let us know everything they were doing. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Polestar! I guess you know you have a new loyal customer.

I have been using Polestar for my Heating, Air conditioning and plumbing for 4 years. They have installed a new furnace, air conditioning, hot water heater and a sump pump. I am the original owner of this home which was built in 2000. So, these were normal replacements. This past week Larry and Paul (a person in training) came by to service my AC for the summer. Again, I received excellent service. I had questions about the thermostat which Larry explained and now I understand how to work it. Also, they took pictures of the unit before they cleaned and then after they had cleaned it. Paul was kind enough to carry out my hose and hook it up for me in preparation of summer..Glad to be able to use a home town company.

Danny, Tyler, and Brian provided courteous service and explained their work as they went. Overall, they provided quality service. I will likely call them again.

The worst communication and customer service I have ever experienced with any company. Avoid them like the plague. Polestar made my tenant wait all day for them to show up. Polestar promised to be at the home between 8am-10am... 11:30am comes and they are a no show - no call. So I call them, Mike the tech guy says sorry and promises they will be there in 30-40 minutes. 2:30pm comes, still a no call and no show. I text Mike, he refuses to call or text back and when he should have apologized, or offered to make this right, instead he just ignores me. They copied down all the wrong contact info for my number, email, and tenant phone number. A terrible experience that I hope you can avoid. Way over priced as well. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Polestar responded quickly to my water heater going out. I called them about 5 pm- they went over options with me on the phone back and forth all evening and they came out right away the next morning to install. I had ordered the high efficiency unit- the installer was not familiar with all the details of the install- but was completely dedicated to getting it installed perfectly. They took their time and the exhaust line was tight (no air leaks) - the wiring to code. They took the time to check the system. Later that evening, I did not feel we were getting hot water of the quality I expected. The same plumber came back that evening to check it out- then went home and pored thru the manual the rest of the evening to pinpoint the issue. Came out first thing the next morning with the solution- was in and out quickly and we have a high quality high efficiency wonderful AO Smith water heater that is fabulous. I am so impressed with the level of service and dedication to getting the job done properly.
