After I stated my option that was displeased that I was unable to use a class pack since it expired in one month. I ended up buying a class at full price regardless since it was my birthday. The owner called my in a very abrasive manner and told me I was not welcome to come back. She also said my disapproval of the way she conducted business was badmouthing. Instead it was just me simplying stating I do not agree with a 1 month expiration. Working in prior fitness studios I would never treat a customer this way and cannot believe she was so rude to me over the phone. I would have expected an understanding to be made but not an insult and being told I can never coke back over something no small. I hope whatever is going on in her life that's makes her great customers so bad is resolved. It would be terrible to have so much anger inside.
