This contractor installed/ replace my central Airconditioner with yrs warranty Within 2nd year a/c was not cooling, when I called him he came to my house and first thing he did is told me that warranty is null and void because you did not took care of the unit and that there is dust and lent on outside condenser unit, and dust on the filter in inside unit, and then charged me for repairs Every Sumer this a/c needs repairs and I have to clean outside unit one or twice per week as he tells me Now this is year of a/c not working and he will not even return my calls Doing business with him was a nightmare Will have get whole new system only after year and repairs

Now this is year 6 of a/c not working and he will not even return my calls
Doing business with him was a nightmare.
Will have get whole new system only after 6 year and 5 repairs.
