In 2006, we purchased Polaris windows through [redacted] ( [redacted] is a local business located in [redacted] , **) Every window in the house was replaced as well as the doorwall The seals in our bathroom window have failed several times causing mold to grow inside the window The lower sash has been replaced three times The seals in two basement windows failed when the sealing material fell inside the window Each of those windows were replaced The handle and lock of the doorwall failed three times [redacted] made adjustments to the handle and lock before having to replace it Our kitchen garden window continues to fail every winter When the snow and ice on the outside of the window melts, the water runs into the house at the bottom of the picture window [redacted] has been out to make sure that the window was installed correctly They claim it was and added extra insulation but the window continues to leak Polaris claims that it's humidity caused by the kitchen sink T
