I can't be more pleased with the experience I have had with this company I discovered on a Saturday just before I was leaving town that I had a major problem with my HVAC unit The drain pan was full of water and it was on the verge of spilling over which would have caused major damage to the second story ceiling I called them and left a message on the owner's cell phone as to the problem Within minutes I got a call back from the owner - Tim Rtelling me he had dispatched his service man *** to the house! He did that based on the message I left with him! One and a half hours later the problem was resollved including an issue we had found with the second HVAC unit Just excellent service! I only wish that other companies I have to deal with understood customer service as well as this company does!
