Polar cooling was hired to do the HVAC on our new house. Their team is neat and clean , even working on a Saturday to keep our house on schedule!
Late this afternoon (Saturday March 28, 2015) our air condition unit which was installed by Polar Cooling in December, 2009 quit!! It was almost 100 degrees outside and nearly as warm inside. I called the Polar Cooling phone number and was connected immediately with an efficient woman at what I assume was their answering service. Within a very few minutes, I received a call from Esteban, the on-call service tech. I explained our problem, he explained the travel/service call to our home in [redacted]. He arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the problem, changed the faulty part and we were smiling and cool!! Thank you so much to Polar Cooling and Esteban especially. What great service at a very reasonable rate. We are very impressed [redacted] snowbirds.
