I don't want to sign off completely until I have the new year warranty with a year transfer in my hand. Also would want to wait until the gutter repair has been done. either a special kind of shingle or a torchdown type product. We did the Patriot shingle for her by CertainTeed which only comes with a maximum of 30 year coverage. When she called in about the 20 year guaranteed which was mistakenly issued, one of our admins failed to handle it promptly and communicate back to her. I went down today and delivered a copy of our records for her warranty. I explained the situation and I believe the situation is resolved. I am also following up with the manufacturer to send her and official certificate as soon they can and we discussed a little service we will do on her gutters that got banged up during install.
