Review: Me and my fiance walked in the restaurant and were greeted by the waitress from a distance. We were told to sit down anywhere we would like. 5 minutes later the waitress arrived at our table with chips, salsa and menus. We order waters and our food. I get up from the table to look for a bathroom to wash my hands. The only person available to ask was a hispanic lady behind the counter. At the time she was looking at an iphone. Without looking up she tells me and points to a bathroom behind her next to the kitchen. I wash my hands and return to the counter where the lady was standing and she continued looking at the iphone when I asked her "can our table could recieve more chips." Because of barely being acknowledge, I asked her, "do you work here?" I told her, "for having a customer in front of you I would believe that you would put down the phone to acknowledge them." She replied, "I am the owner and and I can do anything I want." I replied, "there are customers to take care of still as a owner." By that time, I did not trust that restaurant, or trust our food wouldnt be spit on. As I walked away back to the table for my fiance to leave the restaurant, the owner stated, "yeah walk away." Me and my fiance walked out the restaurant and made it across the street when our waitress yelled and asked us if we would like to cancel our order. I said, "yes." At that time the owner walked behind her and said, "i already did". She continued to yell from the restaurant telling us to "never come back, you can sit on it and variation of vulgar words. I told her and the restaurant "bye." I felt degraded as a customer. I have never been treated like this by any owner of any company. I believe noone deserves to be treated with such disrespect.Desired Settlement: I could not rest speaking up, knowing that other customers could be treated this way. I fear that another customer will be disrespected. Also, theres a concern for the health and comfort of the restaurant. I think about how everything else is handled in the restaurant. I would hate to think that a customer would suffer from bad food because of an owner and/ or cooks not caring about customer satisfaction.
